This costume is a Pharaonics Bra and Belt/skirt combo set. It is a blue teal with Pink and Lavender and dark teal accents. It has crystals, rhinestones, and some abs stones. The bra has double over the shoulder straps with attached shrug-style sleeves.
The skirt has a waist-wrap and a heavy front swag attached to the center. Originally this huge swag was doubled. It was so heavy it pulled the front of the costume down so I removed the under panel which is an exact copy of the front swag including the beading & sequins. I'm including the panel; you can replace it if you want or make gloves or anything else out of it. :-)
I wore this costume 7-8 times. Some of the teal beads on bra are pearlized (lost color). In some of these photos the color looks blue, but the costume is a blue teal. The underside of the sleeve have wear (see below), some glitter & body make-up smudging on the removable felt lining of the bra and the inside of the straps.

Bra: Ribcage 32 1/2". Doubled Straps:13 1/2". They are over the shoulder (original) with attached shrug sleeves.
Cups: vertical 6", horizontal 6 1/2", diagonal 7"
Skirt: Length: 37 " Center slit with beaded/sequined modesty swag panel.
Upper hip: 24" to 36". Lower hip 29" to 40" MAX.
